Among the visiting Tall Ships to Greenport, Long Island, NY on May 26, 2012, was the H.M.S. Bounty, Greenport’s own tall ship, which was lost off the coast of Cape Hatteras, N.C., during Superstorm Sandy on October 29, 2012. "So honored to have had the pleasure of touring and photographing this beautiful and unique Tall Ship before it was lost at sea!" - Annette DeGiovine
